Why we focus

One brand, with tapered roller bearings at the core.

Transmission Repairs Company concentrates on Timken alone, so one supplier can cover the inch and metric series your maintenance records call for. Tapered roller bearings lead the range, and the other roller families used in the same machines sit right behind them.

CONE + CUP

The core: tapered roller bearings

  • Single-row tapered roller bearings

Identified by separate cone and cup numbers.

  • Double-row and multi-row tapered roller bearings

    Quoted by complete assembly number.

  • Inch and metric series

Request the series originally fitted to the machine.

The extension: other Timken families

  • Spherical roller bearings

    For heavy industrial shafts.

  • Cylindrical roller bearings

    For specified transmission positions.

  • Thrust bearings

    For specific axial load arrangements.

  • Mounted units and ball bearings

    For auxiliary machinery.

Who we serve

Built for the people who keep heavy machines running.

We serve four kinds of buyer: repair shops, distributors, equipment operators and transmission rebuilders. Each one needs the right Timken part for a different reason.

Heavy truck differential opened for rebuild on a workshop stand

Repair Shops

Heavy equipment and heavy truck shops need cone, cup and assembly numbers confirmed for differential and wheel end work.

Distributors

Distributors need one Timken source for both inch and metric requests, without splitting orders across two vendors.

Equipment Operators

Construction, transport, mining and agricultural fleets need the correct bearing identified fast when a machine goes down.

Transmission Rebuilders

Rebuilders need bearings that match the specified setting, so rebuilt units stay quiet and stay out of the shop.

Three roles, one order

How maintenance, engineering and purchasing use us.

Each decision-maker checks something different before an order goes out. Clear part numbers and an itemized quote give all three what they need.

Heavy equipment repair manager Do I need to provide both cone and cup numbers?

Yes, where the bearing has both. List each number separately so the cup is confirmed along with the cone, and add the full assembly number if there is one. If the old part has incomplete markings, send clear photos and tell us what still needs confirming.

Mechanical engineer How should a matched or multi-row assembly be requested?

Request it by the complete assembly number, not as loose components. Include the specified bearing arrangement along with any pairing or clearance-setting information. That keeps a matched set from being treated as interchangeable parts.

Technical purchasing manager Can I compare a complete set price with itemized prices?

Yes. Tell us you want to compare both when you send your list. Part numbers, quantities and terms are written out, so you can weigh set pricing, itemized pricing and total cost on the same basis.

How we work

Identification first. Then the price.

Three principles guide every Timken order we handle, whether it is one replacement part or an assembly list for a major repair.

  1. 01

    Close identification gaps before quoting

We settle the exact specification, the complete assembly, and whether a separately identified alternative is acceptable before you accept a price.

  2. 02

    Technical changes need your approval

The buyer decides. Any technical change goes to you for approval before it moves forward.

  3. 03

Put the quote in clear writing

Part numbers, quantities, price and currency, availability, estimated lead time, quote validity and applicable shipping or tax terms, all on one written quote.

Customer reviews

What repair and fleet customers say.

"When we had a gearbox failure on a mining conveyor, we needed Timken spherical roller bearings urgently. They identified the correct Timken reference from our old bearing, shipped same-day, and the gearbox was back up in under a week. That kind of response saves money in downtime."
Michael Dlamini Dlamini Mining Services, South Africa 5.0
"Our heavy equipment repair shop rebuilds differentials and wheel ends with Timken tapered roller bearings. This supplier supplies both inch and metric Timken series, which means we do not need to source from two vendors. The bearings are genuine and the pricing is fair."
Chad Wilson Wilson Heavy Truck Repair, USA (TX) · ★ 5.0
"We compared Timken pricing across four suppliers for a bulk wheel end kit order. This one had the best landed cost to our port in Rotterdam, and the documentation for customs was complete. The order arrived in good condition and we will reorder."
Johan van den Berg van den Berg Transport, Netherlands · ★ 4.9
